Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us access and come home to a clean space.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on your home's size, condition, and travel distance. We'll confirm your exact price before your first clean.
Can you use my products instead?
Absolutely. If anyone in your home is sensitive to certain scents or ingredients, we're happy to use what works for you. For sanitary reasons we recommend using your own vacuum when possible.
Can I add extras like the fridge or oven?
Yes. Let us know ahead of time and we'll add time to your appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Please give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll find a new time.
